HOTEL POLICY BONSOL
QUALITY
In a highly competitive environment, companies must achieve the market share necessary to be profitable and produce profits. This can only be achieved with a significant customer loyalty that at the same time are responsible for winning new customers, recommending our establishment.
For the customer to want to return to our establishment, must perceive a level of “excellence” difficult to surpass by the competition.
Being a family business, we must give great importance to the personal treatment of the client. This already helps us to be differentiated from many of our competitors. We must make the most of this advantage and make the customer feel that he is king for us.
All of the customer’s wishes must be met with the utmost diligence. Never let the customer perceive that any of his wishes can be a difficult problem to solve.
In order to obtain the desired levels of quality it will be essential to have a precise system of procedure manuals and to control it, a reliable and measurable system of quality indicators.
Any possible faults must be dealt with with the utmost diligence and the department heads will be informed of them in order to act accordingly. Failures should be used to win customers. They attach great importance to the correct handling of errors.
For this we will work on the following objectives:
- To get an evaluation of your stay as ‘excellent’ by all clients.
- Achieve error detection as quickly as possible (avoid by any means that a complaint is detected after the customer’s departure)
- Take advantage of our team’s ideas and customer feedback
- Improve our customer database, which records customer preferences and possible problems you may have had.
