To this end, periodic controls of working conditions shall be carried out, eliminating all possible risks and evaluating and controlling those that could not be avoided. A system shall also be established to ensure the periodic monitoring of the health of workers according to the risks inherent in their jobs.
In order to promote safe conduct in the activities carried out, workers shall be provided with all existing information on the risks inherent to their work and the corresponding preventive measures, as well as the necessary training for this purpose.
Similarly, the participation of all workers in issues related to the prevention of occupational hazards will be promoted, as they are the ones who have the most in-depth knowledge of the details of the tasks they carry out, and are therefore the best placed to contribute ideas on the safest way to carry them out.
In order to achieve all these objectives, the necessary resources will be allocated and their use will be planned appropriately.
